Laird's is a family-owned distillery in southern New Jersey and is the oldest distillery in the state! They have been making Whiskey and Burbon since 1780. They came to the agency I was working at, and asked about a label design for a new product. The AppleJack86 was going to be an Apple Brandy made with 17 apples per bottle and 86 proof! They wanted a timely look with a modern flare. Using a burned paper texture with script fonts, contrasted with a Modern serif font; we achieved the look they wanted!

And, under the guidance of my creative director Larry Price, Vision Creative Group; my design won the Graphic Design USA, American Package Design Award!
